ALFREDO DE LEON MORENO (Bogotá, Colombia, 1960) studied Chemical Engineering at the American University in Bogotá. He has dedicated himself for over twenty years at both university teaching (University of America, Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, Universidad de La Salle, Fundación Universitaria del Area Andina) and secondary level, especially with the heart of Colombia Community. After many years exploring the materials and painting techniques, has been painting the beautiful Colombian countryside, giving their works throughout the glare, and depth of the mountains, forests and seas. He worked at the Teacher's Art Workshop Ramón Pinto - Pabón and painting workshops conducted at the National University of Colombia. His exhibitions have been individual, and among other highlights Hotel La Fontana (Bogota 2002), Hotel Suites Jones (London - 2003), International Club of La Sabana (Bogotá - 2004). Samples has participated in prestigious international pictorial. His works are exhibited in Spain, Argentina, Australia, Russia and the Together.
